I was lucky enough to attend one of the Fashion shows held during the Oracles Fashion Week (23rd-29th April).
The Oracle Shopping Centre is situated in Reading, Berkshire. Its is host to a wide variety of Shops including Debenhams and House of Fraser. The whole event was so well organized and the shopping centre was buzzing.
From catwalk shows to live Fashion displays and tips from experts, there was something there for everyone to get involved in. I particularly enjoyed the Colour Boost consultation where we were able to get free advice on the hair colour that is best suited to our skin tones. It was really interesting to hear the feedback and advice that we were receiving.
The Catwalk shows were being shown on a regular basis over the weekend and attracted alot of attention; be it for the clothes or the male models! They covered a range of themes from different shops including Zara, Gant, Mango and Bank. I particularly liked the 'Mish Mash Clash' section from Topshop and Topman. This saw a range of bright colours and eccentric prints.
Pastels made a heavy appearance with their easy to wear summer pieces. Below are a few of the shots I took from the different scenes during the show.

As you can see there was something for everyone. And who can forget the gorgeous male models who you just couldn't help but drool over!!

Overall the whole show was fantastic and not only did it highlight all the key trends, it also made us want to hit the shops straight away. Sadly my bank cards stopped me from doing so! But I'll be back very soon to hit all the shops looking for more trends!
