Brand new clothes...£0.spent :)

I just gained a pair of shoes, a dress and 3 tops all on a budget of.... £0.!!!

Mistake? No! Just a very kind housemate!

My Housemate was getting sick of not being able to close her draws without them collapsing so she decided it was time to sort through everything. She spent the entire day sorting out all her clothes  until she reached the point where she could actually see the carpet in her room!!

She came downstairs with 2 huge black sacks of clothes and left it as a 'free-for-all'. I was first to jump in and have a nose to see what was there. Most of the items, I had to rule out as at a tiny size 6, they were far too small for me! However I came across a size 5 pair of black '50s-style' laced wedges which looked brand new! I also got hold of a couple of laced tops and a pretty floral summer dress! 

I could not have been happier. I was beginning to get retail-withdrawal symptoms having not been near a shop for a couple weeks due to exams so I was delighted with my new 'bargains'!

This is something I would definitely recommend girls (and lads). It's totally worth it and so cost effective for all you students like me! It also gives you a chance to try out new styles and experiment with what you can find.

Once my final exam is over next week, I'll be on the case of attempting to clear out my wardrobe...might take me a few weeks though as they are jammed! :/

I'm off to bed now so I can get up bright and early to crack on with some more revision.. oh the joys!
